I practice Modern Pentatlon in Guatemala and we recently went to México City to compete in NORCECA and PAN American Games. I have been in Mexico at least 5 times and I am confident to say that the organization of the competition and the stay was awful. The food was terrible and the organization was even worse than the food I meen nobody knew what to do and the results were constantly changing. The people who were in charge of organizing the competition were constantly changing the rules and for some reason the Guatemalan team was the only team who was getting penalized and just because Mexico and USA wanted to beat us and because Guatemala is a small country that doesn't mean that we have to take this "#$%!!
